Ciambellone

Ingredients

  • 00 flour 200g
  • butter 60 gr
  • baking powder 8 g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • sugar 150 gr
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Take the butter at room temperature and add it with the sugar and then the flour sifted to avoid lumps.

Take then the eggs and milk and add to it all.

Once the desired consistency, add the lemon zest and half a bag of baking powder sifted.

Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth texture and no lumps.

Grease and flour a loaf pan well and pour the mixture that will fill the mold to 2/3.

Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 45/50 minutes with the door closed for the first 20 minutes. The oven Hello allows, thanks to the hole in the door, to monitor the cooking and the fire.

Before turning our sweet make sure it is cooked by pricking him with a toothpick.

Simple, fast and yummy!

Ciambellone plumcake

Ingredienti:

  • 200 gr di farina 00
  • 60 gr di burro a temperatura ambiente
  • 8 gr di lievito in polvere (mezza bustina circa)
  • 4 uova
  • 1 bicchiere di latte a temperatura ambiente
  • 150 gr di zucchero
  • Scorza di limone

Preparazione:

Prendete il burro ed amalgamatelo con lo zucchero. Aggiungete la farina setacciata per evitare che si formino grumi.

Mescolate. Unite al composto le uova ed il latte. Continuate a mescolare.

Una volta ottenuta la consistenza desiderata, unite la scorza grattugiata del limone e la mezza bustina di lievito setacciato.

Miscelate tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere una consistenza morbida e senza grumi.

Imburrate ed infarinate bene uno stampo da plumcake, versate il composto all’interno dello stampo fino a riempirne i 2/3.

Infornate nel forno a legna Ciao a 200°C per 45/50 minuti, non aprite lo sportello del forno per i primi 20 minuti.

Il forno Ciao permette, grazie al foro nello sportello, di monitorare la cottura ed il fuoco.

Prima di sfornare il dolce accertatevi che sia cotto pungendolo con uno stecchino.
