Il regolatore del gas serve per adattare la pressione del gas della bombola al tuo forno per pizza Alfa.

A rendere unico il regolatore di pressione del gas Alfa è il particolare aggancio rapido.

Rapido da collegare e semplice da usare, si rivela particolarmente utile quando si ha la necessità di spostare il forno: in questo caso, infatti, puoi comodamente staccare lo strumento di cottura dalla bombola in totale sicurezza.

  • 1 Bullone con filettatura femmina per bombola
  • 1 Manometro per la verifica della pressione del GPL presente nella bombola con indicatore del quantitativo e rilevazione delle perdite con chiusura passaggio del gas

Come collegare il forno per pizza alla bombola del gas

Per collegare il regolatore del gas alla bombola del gas, segui i 4 passaggi indicati di seguito.

STEP 1

Avvita il regolatore del gas nella valvola della bombola e, a mano, gira in senso antiorario il bullone.

Utilizza una chiave da 25 per il perfetto serraggio evitando così di danneggiare la guarnizione della valvola compromettendone la tenuta.

STEP 2

Sgancia la parte maschio dal tubo del gas tirando indietro la zigrinatura presente sull’attacco rapido.

Come puoi vedere dalla foto usa sempre entrambe le mani per staccare le due componenti così da non danneggiare l’attacco.

STEP 3

Collega la parte maschio sulla rampa del gas, prima a mano poi aiutandoti con una chiave da 25. Verifica la presenza della guarnizione inclusa.

Nel caso vengano rilevate delle perdite, utilizza il teflon per sigillare la connessione.

STEP 4

Collega il tubo grazie al sistema di aggancio-sgancio rapido applicando una leggera forza.

The gas regulator is used to adapt the gas pressure of the cylinder to your Alfa pizza oven.

What makes the Alfa gas pressure regulator unique is the special quick coupling.

Quick to connect and easy to use, it is particularly useful when you need to move the oven: in fact, if needed, you can conveniently detach the cooking tool from the cylinder in total safety.

How to connect the pizza oven to the gas cylinder

To connect the gas regulator to the gas cylinder, follow the 4 steps below.

STEP 1

Screw the gas regulator into the cylinder valve and, by hand, turn the bolt anti-clockwise.

Use a size 25 wrench for perfect tightening and avoid damaging the valve gasket, thus compromising its seal.

STEP 2

Release the male part from the gas pipe by pulling back the knurling on the quick coupling.

Important: hold the other part with your hand as in the photo.  Release could make it jump and fall to the ground, resulting in damage.

STEP 3

Connect the male part to the gas ramp, first by hand and then using a size 25 wrench. Check for the included gasket.

If leaks are detected, it is necessary to use Teflon to seal the connection.

STEP 4

Connect the hose using the quick coupling-release system, applying a slight force.

Die Komponenten

  • Bolzen mit Innengewinde für Gasflasche
  • Manometer zur Überprüfung des Drucks des in der Flasche vorhandenen Flüssiggases mit Anzeige der Menge und Erkennung von Lecks bei Verschluss des Gasdurchgangs.

So schließen Sie den Pizzaofen an die Gasflasche an

Um den Gasregler an die Gasflasche anzuschließen, führen Sie die folgenden 4 Schritte aus.

STEP 1

Den Gasregler in das Flaschenventil einschrauben und die Schraube von Hand gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

Einen 25er Schraubenschlüssel für ein perfektes Anziehen verwenden und Beschädigung der Ventildichtung durch Beeinträchtigung der Dichtigkeit vermeiden.

STEP 2

Das Außenteil von der Gasleitung lösen, indem die Rändelung an der Schnellkupplung zurückgezogen wird.

Wichtig: Halten Sie die andere Seite mit der Hand fest, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, da sie beim Loslassen springen und auf dem Boden landen könnte, was sie beschädigen würde.

STEP 3

Das Außenteil mit der Gasrampe verbinden, zuerst von Hand, dann mit Hilfe eines 25 mm Schraubenschlüssels. Überprüfen Sie, ob die mitgelieferte Dichtung vorhanden ist.

Wenn Undichtigkeiten festgestellt werden, ist die Verwendung von Teflon erforderlich um die Verbindung abzudichten.

STEP 4

Den Schlauch mit dem Schnellkupplungssystem unter leichtem Kraftaufwand anschließen.

Le régulateur de gaz sert à adapter la pression de gaz de la bouteille à votre four à pizza Alfa.

Ce qui rend le régulateur de pression de gaz Alfa unique, c’est le raccord rapide particulier.

Rapide à brancher et simple à utiliser, il est particulièrement utile lorsque vous devez déplacer le four : dans ce cas, en effet, vous pouvez facilement détacher l’instrument de cuisson de la bouteille en toute sécurité.

Comment brancher le four à pizza à la bouteille de gaz

Pour brancher le régulateur de gaz à la bouteille de gaz, suivez les 4 étapes ci-dessous.

STEP 1

Vissez le régulateur du gaz dans la vanne de la bouteille et, à la main, tournez le boulon dans le sens antihoraire.

Utilisez une clé de 25 pour un serrage parfait et évitez d’endommager le joint de la valve en compromettant son étanchéité.

STEP 2

Dégagez la partie mâle du tuyau de gaz en tirant sur la molette du raccord rapide.

Important : tenez l’autre partie avec la main comme illustré dans la photo, le déclenchement pourrait la faire sauter et finir au sol et l’endommager.

STEP 3

Raccordez la partie mâle à la rampe du gaz, d’abord à la main puis à l’aide d’une clé de 25.  Vérifiez que le joint  soit présent.

Si des fuites sont détectées, il est nécessaire d’utiliser du Téflon pour sceller le raccordement.

STEP 4

Raccordez le tuyau à l’aide du système d’enclenchement-déclenchement rapide en appliquant une légère force.

Cómo conectar el horno de pizza a la bombona de gas

Para conectar el regulador de gas a la bombona de gas, sigue los 4 pasos que se indican a continuación.

STEP 1

Enrosque el regulador de gas en la válvula de la bombona y, con la mano, gire el perno en sentido antihorario.

Utilice una llave de 25 para un apriete perfecto y para evitar dañar la junta de la válvula comprometiendo su estanqueidad.

STEP 2

Conecte el tubo mediante el sistema de enganche-desenganche aplicando una leve fuerza.

Alfa heeft de eerste gasregelaar met snelkoppeling en peilindicator ontwikkeld, eenvoudig te installeren, veilig en gecertificeerd.

De gasregelaar wordt gebruikt om de gasdruk van de gasfles aan te passen aan uw Alfa pizzaoven.

Wat de Alfa gasdrukregelaar uniek maakt is de bijzondere snelkoppeling.

Snel aan te sluiten en gemakkelijk te gebruiken, bijzonder handig wanneer u de oven moet verplaatsen: in dit geval kunt u probleemloos en in alle veiligheid de oven van de fles demonteren.

  • 1 Bout met binnendraad voor gasfles
  • 1 Drukmeter voor controle van de druk van LPG in de gasfles met indicator van de hoeveelheid en lekdetector met afsluiting van de gasdoorgang
  • 1 Drukregelaar uitgerust met een filter om het binnendringen van vreemde deeltjes, aanwezig in het gas, te voorkomen
  • 1 Gecertificeerde rubberen slang
  • 1 1/2” snelkoppeling gecertificeerd voor gasgebruik. Binnenste deel geïntegreerd op de buis van de drukregelaar en buitenste deel te monteren op de gashelling

Aansluiting van de pizzaoven op de gasfles

Volg de onderstaande 4 stappen om de gasregelaar op de gasfles aan te sluiten.

STEP 1

Schroef de gasregelaar in de gasflesafsluiter en draai de bout met de hand linksom.

Gebruik een moersleutel van 25 mm om ze goed vast te draaien en vermijd schade aan de pakking van de afsluiter waardoor u de fles niet goed meer zou kunnen sluiten.

STEP 2

Maak het buitendeel van de gasslang los door de karteling op de snelkoppeling naar achter te trekken.

Belangrijk: houd het andere deel met de hand vast zoals op de foto, door de ontgrendeling zou het kunnen opspringen, op de grond terechtkomen en  worden beschadigd.

STEP 3
